MASTERCLASS & COACHING

COACHING & MASTERCLASS

With many years of academic teaching and an important stage experience, Vittorio has always held with great responsibility the need to share his know-how with the younger generation.
His reflection on interpretation and permanent research into the most advanced instrumental techniques has led since 2018 to the annual organisation of a European MasterclassTour with the support of the association Musica Mirabilis Salzburg. The MasteclassTour (Berlin, Paris, Warsaw, Leipzig, Salzburg, Spa etc.) has attracted numerous musicians eager to share a new approach to string instruments and musical interpretation.

Reflections on instrument set-up learned from the luthier and engineer Luc Breton, combined with years of patient re-reading of original sources and experiments with cutting-edge string manufacturers, led Vittorio and Il Suonar Parlante Orchestra to develop a particular instrument set-up that allows the development of very rich and colourful sonorities for the interpretation of all kinds of music. This experience led to the discovery of a different and more effective formula for mounting the string instruments.
